To achieve this, Cross Docks Australia must be capable of adapting to a number of different operating environments, whilst still maintaining and achieving it's core operating principles and metrics.

Transparency

Our commitment to our clients and our people is to conduct business with an open and honest approach. By providing visibility to the relative stake holders, Cross Docks Australia ensure that each one of the stake holders becomes accountable for their component of the process. Additionally it also ensures that each one of the stake holders is aware of the impact that they have on each other as well.

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to reviewing, re-evaluating, and re-engineering the environment that we operate in. Cross Docks Australia work proactively to identify improvements that can be incorporated into the operation, that will provide value to the client or the client's customers. The key targets for initial continuous improvement are Order Cycle Time, Picking Accuracy, Positive Loop Client Feedback, Waste Management and Recycling.

Advisory

We are able to enter into a Supply Chain and Logistics advisory role with a client. We would help them determine whether their logistics and supply chain operation is sufficient for their current and future needs, and what actions could be taken to improve performance if required. At the conclusion of a short sharp (and low cost) review we would revisit the best course of action for the client. That may or may not include ‘insourcing' to Cross Docks Australia.
